The value for money was great, and the room was spotless, well-equipped, and modern. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the canal and an easy walk into town. The staff, especially Andrea, were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.
The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better would be to include a wider variety of options.

Stayed at a lovely townhouse with balcony, free parking, and WiFi. Close to Leeds Town Hall, had a continental breakfast, and the airport was nearby. The house had a washing machine and a nice tiled floor.
Oh, how I loved getting small towels, and the wifi password was a wonderful mystery to solve.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! It felt like a real home away from home. The location was super convenient, just a short taxi ride or a quick 15-20 minute walk along the canal path to the city center. The property itself was jaw-droppingly gorgeous, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provisions provided were a lovely touch. The hassle-free check-in/check-out process was the cherry on top. an unforgettable experience!

We got great value for our money with a spacious and bright room, and the location near the canal was peaceful and quiet. The staff treated us wonderfully, giving us all the information we needed and making check-in/check-out hassle-free.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had provided a tea pot.

I recently stayed at the Impressive Urban Townhouse in Leeds for a weekend getaway with friends. Upon arrival, she had already turned on the heating and left us a thoughtful breakfast basket. The property itself was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The view of the canal was a lovely touch, and it was an easy walk into town. We also discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant called the Bengal Brassier nearby. it was a fantastic weekend, and I highly recommend this property to anyone.
I recommend this hotel.

The house was nicely furnished and comfortable. It had a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a city break. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, having a parking space was a great advantage, allowing for easy access when coming and going from the house.
The limited living space. Although the house had two double rooms, the living area was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults for an extended period of time.

The house was nicely furnished, warm, and comfortable. the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Off-road parking was convenient, and there were comfortable beds. the breakfast provisions provided were a nice touch, and the house was very clean.
The location was a bit disappointing, as it was not actually in the city center. It was a 20-30 minute walk along the main city ring road to reach the center, which was not very pleasant.

The property was absolutely stunning and felt like a real home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre either by taxi or walking along the scenic canal path. The house itself was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provisions provided were a lovely touch. Hassle-free check-in and check-out made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The only slight downside was that the boiler downstairs was a bit noisy at night, but it didn't really bother us too much. we had a fantastic New Year's stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Leeds.

We had a great weekend stay in Leeds at a beautiful townhouse near a gorgeous canal. Our 4-year-old had a blast riding his bike along the canal while we enjoyed a leisurely walk. The house had parking right in front and was just a short drive into the city center. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the helpful host Andrea who provided all the necessary information. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit to Leeds.
